RightLoop privacy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This policy covers the RightLoop iPhone app and this website. Website sign-ups and traffic measurement are described separately below.

Your app data stays local

Your routines, steps, execution history, notes, preferences, and insights are processed and stored on your device. RightLoop and its widgets share storage on this device.

We do not upload this content to our servers or send it to cloud AI services.

No app analytics or tracking

This version has no account system, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK. RightLoop does not automatically collect or transmit your personal content or app usage to us.

Apple-operated beta testing, and information you choose to share, are described below.

Widgets, reminders, and backups

Local notifications, widgets, and Live Activities may show your routine or note content, including on the Lock Screen. You control these features through RightLoop and iOS settings.

RightLoop does not provide cloud sync. iOS may include local app data in device backups according to your system settings.

Keeping and deleting data

Your local workspace remains on the device until you change or delete it. To remove its business data, use Settings, then Data, then Clear all data.

This does not remove copies in system backups, or information you previously shared by email or through TestFlight.

TestFlight beta testing

If you install RightLoop through TestFlight, Apple automatically collects beta crash logs and usage information and makes beta testing data available to the developer. Feedback or screenshots you submit may also be shared with us.

We use this information to investigate problems and improve the beta, and we keep developer-held copies only as needed for those purposes. Contact us to request access to or deletion of copies we hold.

Apple handles its copies under its TestFlight privacy terms. Avoid including sensitive content in feedback.

Website beta applications

When you apply for the beta, we store your email address, answers about previous habit or routine app use and what interested you in RightLoop, optional names of apps you’ve used, application time, and which sign-up button you used. These records are held in Cloudflare D1 and are separate from your app data.

We keep beta application records until the beta ends, then delete them. Submitting an application does not verify ownership of the email address.

Remembering your application

After a successful application, we save a small flag in this browser’s local storage so the beta window shows the TestFlight link instead of asking you to apply again. It contains no email address or questionnaire answer. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or switching browsers may show the form again.

Website traffic and spam prevention

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website traffic and performance. We do not send application fields, email addresses, or your app records to the analytics service.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent spam. Cloudflare processes technical request information to provide hosting, security, and these services. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.

Contact and support

If you email us, we receive the address and message you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond, and we keep it only as needed for that purpose.
